How do I assemble the makeup organizer?
Assembly is simple and requires no tools. The organizer comes with detailed instructions, and all parts easily snap together. It typically takes less than 5 minutes to set up.
What materials is the organizer made from?
The organizer is made from high-quality, durable ABS plastic sturdy, lightweight, and easy to clean.
How much can it hold?
It can hold up to 30 makeup brushes, 20 skincare products, and a variety of lipsticks, nail polish bottles, and other cosmetics. The adjustable layers make it easy to fit both small and tall items.

Where do you ship from?
Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
How long will delivery take?
Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery, depending on your location. Some countries may receive items sooner like 1-2 weeks
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Shipping begins the next business day after processing. Orders placed during holidays or sales may take slightly longer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order will be processed and cannot be changed. However, once you receive it, you can return it for a full refund if needed.

What if I don’t receive my order?
